Mini Party

Not a fan of the birthday hat.

Jaxon, Easton, and Lena

Matt, Tegan, Emerie, and Luca

The kids were soaked from playing outside in the puddles so they dined in their undies.

Mmm... Tegan loves cupcakes.

The boys had a blast at Tegan's mini party. We finally got to celebrate with their friends Luca, Lena, Jaxon, and Emerie. It happened to be freezing and raining all day even though it had been 95 the weekend before. The older kids had a blast getting soaked in the puddles. Tegan had so much fun eating cupcakes and opening presents with his little buddies.

Happy Birthday!

What a trooper. This poor, sick little boy did his best being cute for the pictures. His eyes were all scabbed up underneath from having to de-crust in the mornings.

Trying out his new trampoline... which he is terrified of.

But Easton seems to love it of course.

These two worked a very long time putting the trampoline together.

Opening his birthday presents!

More presents! Hmm.... is it Tegan's birthday or Easton's?

Such sick little boys. This is when we thought they were on the mend then round two came very shortly after this.

Diving for cake!

That is frosting. Not boogers! Happy first birthday Tegan! This poor little guy (along with Easton) have been sick more on than off since February. I do not know what happened to my healthy little boys. Tegan pretty much got jipped on a first birthday this year. We postponed his party then by the time they boys were better they had contaminated my parents. We ended up canceling the family portion of the party and had a mini party with some of their little friends. I sure am glad he is too little to remember his birthday this year.

Tegan is not quite walking yet but I suspect he is not far from it. He is getting a little more brave and took two or three steps this morning. He is very timid when it comes to this stuff! Which I am learning from our older daredevil child this whole timid thing is not so bad! He is also very shy and takes a while to warm up around other people. He still loves to play catch with everyone and has been trying to kick the ball as well. Tegan makes car sounds like his big brother. I even catch him watching Easton to see if he is going to try a new food before trying it out himself. Tegan loves playing in water and I can't wait to see if he likes the pool this summer!

He is still quite the little peanut. We are really trying hard to help him gain weight but that is tough when they are sick and not wanting to eat all the time!
