Happy 1 month birthday!

Tegan deserved his own "Easton Free" post for his 1 month birthday. Our little guy is just so sweet and snuggly. At his 2 week appointment he was up past his birth weight to 7 lbs. 4 ounces. I am not sure what he is weighing in at 2 weeks later but he definitely feels bigger and is filling out a bit. Tegan is a very mellow and content baby so far. Well, content as long as his belly is not bothering him and he seems to have worked all of that out. Tegan is going to be one tough little guy. He has a big brother that is already torturing him, yelling in his face when he is sleeping, throwing things at him, etc. I am sure it will make him one tough guy. He was not very happy while trying to take the one month pictures since Easton was bouncing around loudly next to him.

Visit with Grandma and Grandpa Canada

Moments before Easton used Tegan as a foot rest.

The "Boob Man" goes to Hooters. It would mean more if you could see the "Boob Man" onesie.

Chicken wing complete with sauce. I am sure someone may be calling CPS right now.

Awww... one of Easton's more angelic moments above. He definitely can be sweet with Tegan. Sometimes. We had a wonderful visit with Donna and Gerry. Easton had a blast with them and we greatly appreciated their help! Easton kept them extremely busy yelling for them to play the whole time. If one of us tried to play then he would yell "Move Momma!" then kick me out of the playroom. He is even going around the house saying "Miss Grandma (Damma) Miss Grandpa (Danpa). Chris, his Dad, and my dad had to carry on the tradition of taking Tegan to Hooters in his Boob Man onesie. I am sure if you look back at posts from July or August of 2008 you can see Easton's same pictures. We seem to have forgotten completely about our camera so there are not as many pictures as we would normally have. Maybe that is due to us never having any free hands any more!

Easton the dare Devil.

Easton has decided it is super fun to dive bomb the hills in the park at my parent's house. Pretty scary. Yes, we should have a helmet on him.

Happy Easter!

Easton had a blast hunting for eggs this year. I think he ate more candy this day than his whole life. It was funny to see only boys running around my parent's house. Not a little girl in sight. Next year Tegan can join in on the fun.

First days home.

Such a cute little peanut!

Hmmm.... kind of a devilish grin. Maybe he shouldn't be holding Tegan!

I promise we will actually get a few pictures of Tegan on his own one of these days. Poor second child. This whole having two children thing is crazy even with all of the help I have around. I will have to be better about posting pictures after I get my act together. Easton has been doing pretty well having a new baby in the house. He is constantly kissing on his little brother. He just discovered the joys of bouncing on the couch next to Tegan and seeing Tegan go up and down. We will have to keep an eye on that one. He has also tried to pick Tegan up a few times when I had my back turned which is a bit scary. Tegan is going to be one tough guy after being around his big bro. Tegan is such a sweet, snuggly little thing. We can't wait for everyone to meet him. The video above is of Easton coming home to Tegan for the first time. It went much better than the introduction in the hospital.

Tegan Cole has arrived!

Heading to the hospital! Last picture as a family of 3.

I do not think my eyes are even open at this point.

Has the same "V" mark as his big bro.

Clearly Easton was in no mood to be introduced to the baby.

Our little man arrived Monday, March 29th at 9:09 pm! He weighed in at 6 lbs. 14.5 oz. and is 20.5 inches long. Tegan is our sweet little guy. After being bumped from our 9:00 am induction appointment we were admitted to the hospital and in our room by 4:00 that same day. I was hooked up to pitocin, had my water broken, and an epidural all by 5:15. By a little after 8:00 I was all set to push. Tegan was in my arms by 9:09! Much, much faster this time around. Well, not so much the pushing part but the rest of it was super fast. Thank goodness! We came home Wednesday morning and have been getting settled since. We are just enjoying our snuggly little man.
